Ways to View

The Appointments can be viewed in three different ways:- Daily, Weekly , Monthly views or via the Planner.

The Daily Work Sheet  and the Multi trimmer Schedule can be viewed and printed from here.

Daily

The Daily view differs from the Weekly or Monthly views in that it does not have the Select trimmer button

The header says "Daily Appointments For All trimmers" so clearly all the trimmers and apprentices will be shown on this screen.  If you are a one trimmer practice then it will be just your appointments showing.

Weekly

The Weekly view differs from the Daily view in that it has the Select a trimmer button. However this will not appear unless there is more than one trimmer/Apprentice.

If that is the case, then this will always show the master user (registered user) and to view any other trimmer/Apprentice appointments you will have to use the Select a trimmer button to change the name.

Monthly

The Monthly view differs from the Daily view in that it has the Select a trimmer button. However this will not appear unless there is more than one trimmer/Apprentice.

If that is the case, then this will always show the master user (registered user) and to view any other trimmer/Apprentice appointments you will have to use the Select a trimmer button to change the name.

The window will show a months appointments at a time.
