Ways to Add Appointment

The Appointments Screen consists of a group of "cells" into which we place the appointment. Anyone familiar with Microsoft Excel will have no difficulty understanding this principle.

 

Entering an appointment can be done in either of two ways :-

 

1. You can click the Add button and the Add Appointment screen will then appear. Using this method the Appointment will be assumed to be on today's date at the start of the day, i.e. if your Appointments have been setup with a start time of 8.00am then that time will be prefilled in the appointment time

OR

 

2. You can click in the cell space and time that you require and right click, select the Add and the Add Appointment screen will appear. However this time, the day and time will be the one you selected from the Appointments.
