View Trimmers

The view trimmer screen allows a trimmer or Apprentice to be selected and their appropriate information displayed throughout the screen.

A Trimmer or apprentice record can be added or deleted from here.  It is worth noting that if a Trimmer is deleted because they have left the business for example then their appointments will be archived.  If you need to make other arrangements for that Trimmer's appointments to be taken over by another Trimmer, it is best to go to the Planner and view the archived appointments.  You can then unarchive those appointments and allocate them to another Trimmer.

Apprentices will be easily identified as they are coloured blue.
