Back Up (Archive)

Clicking on File on the top menu followed by Backup (Archive) takes you into a backup routine which is a mixture of a Full and Data backup.

This feature is intended to be used by students who are using the system for a temporary period. They will need to save their data and return to use of the system some months later by restoring previous information.

By it's very nature, the backup MUST be saved to some external medium.

You should NOT use this backup as a replacement for the normal Full or Data backups provided for normal use unless instructed by Ambrit Software or been instructed by your tutor.

Select the choice you require. If you are leaving the project for a period then clearly you will need to elect Backup. If however you are resuming a project then you will need to select Restore.
