Text Messages

This feature works exactly the same as Email Subjects other than they are intended for text messaging.

Probably the most common use would be to develop standard text messaging appointment reminders as shown below:

This is very much the same a Word Mail Merge document. The variables %date%, %time%, %worker% and %animal% will be replaced with the actual data at the time the email is sent. Place these anywhere in your message text.
