Entering a Payment screen can be entered from two different areas, either from the Accounts Menu or directly from clicking the Receive Payment after Saving button on the invoice screen
| 1. | Having reached the Payment screen as below, either select a client or stable from the dropdown box |
| 2. | You will then see a list of invoices for the selected client |

| 3. | Click on the appropriate invoice and you will see that the horses that invoice refers to are shown in the horses box. |
| 4. | Choose the Payment Method from the dropdown box, if a cheque/check then the relevant number can be entered. |
| 5. | Next select which Bank Account the funds are to be deposited to from the dropdown box. |
| 6. | Now click the Add Payment and Notes button. Once you have completed this section you will see that the Process the Payment button is available. Now click on the Process the Payment button and when completed click the Close button at the bottom and the payment will have been entered against that invoice. |
