Start Time/End Time/Duration

Note that the form is pre filled according to what cell you clicked on. In other words, the example shown here came from a cell corresponding to trimmer Pamela Richards with a date of 7th July 2009 at 8.00am although this can be changed using the Spin Control

Likewise an End Time and Duration can be changed using the Spin Controls.
