Signature |

This function allows you to define a standard email signature to be applied to an email at the time of sending. It can be of any format you like and can contain as much text as you like.
The Title field is the wording that will appear in the drop down box when selecting a signature to use with the actual Signature field being what is placed at the end of the actual email.
An example of it's use might be where you are sending emails to someone as an accounts controller, so your email signature might be from the accounts controller, or you send emails out relating to a visit, which might have the signature of an appointments controller.
This feature has no functional nature other than to provide a degree of personalisation to your emails. Besides entering the signature at the time of creating the email, you can also attach a signature to an email subject. |
