Barefoot Manager contains a unique facility that allows appointments to be shown by Area on the Appointments. This facility is only available if a booking has been created for a client who has an Area associated with them and also is only available if one or more areas have been defined on the system. The areas can be setup by clicking on Preferences/Settings/Clients/Area
The default values for the Appointments are to show all appointments but the area button (when available appears as shown below):
