Miles

This feature enables you to enter a mileage amount for the client.  If you have set up a mileage charge then will be used automatically in the invoicing area.  For example, if you have entered a charge of 0.20 and now you enter 10 miles for this client, this will transfer the amount of 10x 0.20 = 2.00 when invoicing.  However by using the Manual Entry when invoicing this can be overridden.
