Items in Quickbooks are defined in various ways. These are:
Service, Inventory Part, Non Inventory Part, Other Charge, Sub Total, Group, Discount, Payment, Sales Tax Item, Sales Tax Group
Note: This utility will ALWAYS download the latest Class and Tax Code files from Quickbooks and add them to Barefoot Manager. However, neither of these will be passed back to Quickbooks at any time.
The information processed by the Item utility is shown below. More information and Item Types will be added in future versions.
Please note that not all information pertains to every item type so only the relevant information is imported according to item type.
