Description

The description of the Item is automatically entered for you when you add the Item in the item box.  However you can add to this description if you like by typing in the Description box.  The description will then be available for automatic selection when you are invoicing. The description will be what the client sees on the invoice.  However you can still change the description when you are actually creating an invoice.
