Please note that these Help Files have been compiled in the UK. However the software will switch into your local language depending upon which country and language you selected when you installed the program, e.g. if American or Canadian then the relevant states will appear in the dropdown boxes for selection, if Australian then the territories will be listed, etc.
Barefoot Manager offers an extraordinarily flexible management system for the modern trimmer.
There is the option to purchase the version that will suit the requirements of your practice and if you wish to upgrade to a different version in time then we provide that facility too.
All the versions use the latest technology and provide a wide ranging host of features aimed at the day to day management of the modern trimmer practice.
As well as being able to use Barefoot Manager on the normal Office machine, it will equally run on a Tablet PC and a PDA version is available (but is being developed more fully over the coming year).
These Help Files have been produced and written by someone who understands that not everyone is used to computers or the technical wording that is often used by software designers.
We have tried to explain as simply as possible all the different aspects of the program and the easiest way to use it on a daily basis.
Support Policy
We have many clients around the world who, perhaps like you, were not used to the world of computers but have quickly found their way around the program. We have found that email support is the best way of providing a response in the unlikely event that you experience a problem or need help with any aspect of the program, mainly because of the differing time zones. We always aim to respond to any email within 24 hours of receipt.
The Main Features of Barefoot Manager
Appointments
| • | The Appointments Calendar caters for appointments by trimmer and can be shown in three views, Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
| • | The Weekly and Monthly views are trimmer specific but the daily view has all trimmer appointments on one convenient screen |
