Information Form

The Information Form is a very useful way of contacting your clients to request information and is available on the View Client screen.

For example, it maybe that you are visiting a new client and would like some information before you call.  Perhaps you are updating your client and horse records and want to confirm some details.

If the client has an email address you can create your form with the information you require and email it to them and ask them to return it to you.  This is a very quick way of updating your records.
