The first thing to mention is that there is a Quick Start Guide available from the Help Menu

 

The Startup screen is the one that will appear when your system first starts up. This screen can show you valuable information by using My Shortcuts

 

All sections of the system can be reached via the top toolbar.  Simply click on the relevant button.

 

It is worth noting that you do not have to close one screen before opening another.

 

Messages

Future Appointments

Messages

 

By clicking on Messages you will be able to see any messages that have been added previously

 

View Messages

 

To add a message click on Add and the following screen will appear where you can add your message:

Reminders

 

Reminders work in the same way as Messages except they will be shown on the Shortcuts as Reminders and not Messages.

 

Future Appointments

 

Clicking on future appointments will show when you have appointments today, tomorrow, this week or next week.  These lists can then be printed out.

 

Days Ahead

 

Clicking on the left button will give a list of appointments the number of days ahead as indicated on the button. This number can be changed in Preferences - Appointments. Clicking on the right button will take you into the automated reminders window where appointment reminders can be sent via EMail or SMS.

 

 

Startup Screen

 

If you do not want to show the startup screen every time the system starts click on the red X

To restore the screen click on File on the top menu :-
