We provide an easy way for you to contact us and provide us with all the information we require to support you.

 

To show the screen you should click on Help - Contact Support assuming you have set up your email preferences correctly.

 

You will then see the following screen.

To send an email simply enter your message into the text box provided and click Send. You can define the problem using the dropdown boxes such as Area, Category and Severity.

 

We might have asked you to send us a backup of your data. This is easily achieved by clicking the Attach Backup Files. This will perform a backup of the files we need and attach that automatically to the email.

 

We may ask for separate configuration or translation files in which case we will ask you to check the appropriate box.

 

You can add a subject and signature if you wish.

 

The Back Up will backup data files and configuration files but does not backup images as these are not gnerally required to trace a problem.

 

All data backups are only held on our machines for the time it takes to identify and fix a problem and will never be shared with anyone else.
