Change Prices

Change Prices is a very useful feature that enables you to change prices quickly without having go into the items individually.

For example, if you wish to raise your prices at the start of a new year then by clicking the Change Prices button you are able to see all your items at once.

Do note that all price changes are made to the price BEFORE tax.

The prices can either be raised or lowered by using the Price Change Box:-

The prices can be changed either by an amount or a percentage.

To change by amount simply enter the information into the "amount to change by" box.

If you want to add a percentage add the amount as before and then tick the "Apply as a percentage".

The next step is to decide which items you want to change by using the Tag section:

In the above example we have chosen to raise the amount of all our items by 10%. The quick way to do this is to either select the Tag All button or the Flip All and you will see that all the item check boxes are coloured red. If you make a mistake simply press the Untag All or Flip All and start again.

If you just want to change the prices of certain items, simply highlight the individual item and press Tag or Flip and to reverse the operation press Untag or Flip.

Once you are satisfied with your choice press the Change Prices button: Change Prices tick box .

You will then be shown a confirmation message and if you wish to continue press YES or if you want to abort press NO

Once you have pressed Yes the prices that you have chosen will have been changed by the amount you specified.
