Book Multiple Horses

If you switch this feature on in Preferences, then when adding an appointment you will see that instead of the familiar single drop down box for the horse, this control will appear. For each client selected, all the horses belonging to that client will be listed. To select multiple horses, simply click your mouse to the left of the name in the column shown and a green check mark appears. to remove this, simply click the green check mark again to remove it.

When OK is pressed, an appointment is made for each horse using the booking time of the horse (if entered) or if not using the average appointment time.
